TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL AGREEMENT & OWNERSHIP

All equipment rented remains the sole property of TEZ Rental. The renter agrees that they are renting the equipment only and must return it in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

2. RENTER IDENTITY & COI GATE

Renters must complete Stripe Identity Verification and upload a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing TEZ Rental as an additional insured before dispatch or pickup. Failure to provide these documents within 24 hours of booking will result in cancellation.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TEZ Rental shall not be liable for any delays, site downtime, or consequential damages resulting from equipment operation, mechanical breakdown, or transport logistics.

4. LATE RETURNS & CLEANING FEES

Late returns will be billed at 1.5x the daily rental rate. Equipment returned with excessive mud, concrete residue, or site debris is subject to a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
